The JQP extends over a period of approximately 2 years, as a part of a standard 5 years contract. During this time, you can experience the unique opportunity to contribute to rewarding aviation safety projects while being mentored by highly experienced professionals. A tailored development plan navigates you through the JQP, which consists of rotations in different business areas and intensive on and off-the-job training.

Employment conditions will typically include recruitment at entry level on a standard 5 years contract and an attractive salary and benefits package.
